A Paloma is another perfect drink from The Office: Classic Cocktails. I learnt it’s Mexico’s most popular drink, I just assumed it was the margarita.
This one has tequila, lime, grapefruit, simple syrup and soda water. It’s an incredibly good drink, that is going to be made very frequently next year. The only thing I was missing was the proper clear ice that I haven’t made in a while.
What I would like to try is using Mezcal instead of tequila to give it a nice smokey flavour. Those two pair perfectly together.
