Whenever it’s hot out I always crave a nice iced coffee.
This one starts with the ice cubes. I mixed up some instant coffee, added some simple syrup and froze that mixture into cubes.
The rest is very easy. Using cold water i mixed up some instant coffee again and set aside. In the glass I put some sweetened condensed milk at the bottom, filled to the top with the coffee ice cubes, added in the coffee leaving room at the top for some milk.
It turned out great for these hot days we’ve had this year!
The sweetness of this one is mostly controlled by the amount of condensed milk so you can always dial that back if you’d like.
