This is a Sidecar from The Office: Classic Cocktails. A prohibition era drink that has a good sour kick.
This one doesn’t make the top of my list but it is still very good. I just had to add a couple more bar spoons of simple syrup to balance it out. Although that could be because of my lemons or the brand of cognac I used. Either way this is a drink deserving of being on a drink menu.
