This is a Champs-Élysées from The Office: Classic Cocktails. A Cognac based drink, with noticeable notes of lemon. The Simple syrup and Green Chartreuse definitely bring it together. The lemon softens the blow from the cognac, the simple sugar softens the acidity of the lemon and the Chartreuse adds that unique flavour. For a fairly strong drink it is very refreshing.
