This is a very delicious drink I saw on @BartendersPortal on instagram. I had some raspberry syrup that I have been wanting to use so this was perfect. This is The Clover Club.
A gin based drink with raspberry syrup and an egg white for texture. The drink is great but I think some tweaks to my raspberry syrup recipe would have made it even better.
