This is a recipe I came up with, BBQ Chicken Curry Masala on rice. It’s a very simple and cheap recipe that can feed quite a few people. Plus there’s a lot of wiggle room to have fun with a dish like this.
The chicken is cooked on the BBQ before being added to the sauce to get extra flavour. The curry masala on the chicken does most of the seasoning in this dish.
