This iconic drink is the Mint Julep from The Office: Classic Cocktails. It is for sure one of my new favourite drinks.
The Mint Julep really made its name at the Kentucky Derby and I for one am glad it did. I’ve heard about this drink for years but finally pulled the trigger this weekend.
I got to try out the new demerara syrup I made which adds a very interesting flavour. It’s a very dark with a toffee flavour. Up until this point it’s all been simple syrup or some ginger syrup.
This ice cold and minty drink is perfect for a hot summer day barbecuing in the backyard.
