This beautifully red cocktail is the Ward 8 from The Office: Classic Cocktails. It looks so good and is absolutely delicious!
This is a Rye based drink with a few other goodies in there. I did deviate just slightly from the recipe as I only had ginger syrup on hand but that was the only change. There isn’t a lot of simple syrup in there so I’m ok with it.
This is a very refreshing drink that is a little on the sweeter side but in a good way. The kick of the Rye still comes through to really balance it out. If I remember correctly this didn’t last more than five minutes, I could have gone for another right away! The Ward 8 will for sure be going on my list of favourites.
