Some version of this has probably been done before but this what I came up with.<\/p><p>1 1\/2 oz. Dark Rum<br \/>1 oz. Simple Syrup<br \/>3\/4 oz. Lemon Juice<br \/>1\/2 oz. Cr\u00e8me De Cacao<br \/>1 Egg White<br \/>3 Dash of Cocoa Bitters<br \/>Top with cinnamon<\/p><p>Everything goes into a shaker for a dry shake. Then add in the ice to cool it down and dilute. Double strain into a sour glass and dust with cinnamon.<\/p><p>For a first try it was amazing. I do have a couple ideas for the next one. Maybe some more cocoa bitters, or try adding orange bitters to go with the chocolate. I will also try changing out the cinnamon with nutmeg.<\/p><p>It could use some tweaking but it\u2019s a great start!
