Many blackened bananas in the freezer later I found this recipe from <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tasteofhome.com\/recipes\/cast-iron-chocolate-chip-banana-bread\/\">TasteOfHome<\/a><\/strong><\/span> to make.\u00a0<\/p><p>This banana bread in super delicious. My favourite part is that because it was cooked in the cast iron it gave it a nice crispy crust on the exterior. Of course I eyeballed the chocolate chips so my guess is there\u2019s a little more than the recipe called for. I would not complain though as it was perfect.\u00a0<\/p><p>I did have to increase the cook time on mine. I believe my pan may not have been as wide meaning the center was on the thicker side.
