I had some people out for a visit so I had to do some baking before hand. Blueberry muffins were at the top of my list and when a recipe is called To Die For you have to give it a shot. This recipe is from AllRecipes website<\/a><\/strong><\/span>.\u00a0<\/p>

This was my first time making muffins so I was a little worried on how they\u2019d turn out. But I got really worried when they went into the oven and 5 minutes in I realized the oven was 50\u00b0F higher than it was supposed to be. Thankfully Lowering the temperature and playing the bake time by ear, they turned out great.<\/p>
